The MOU, a testament to the robust collaboration between HyFun Foods and Lulu Group International, was signed by the Director of Private Label at Lulu Group International, Mr. Shamim Sainulabdeen, and the Director of Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain at HyFun Foods, Mr. Kamlesh Karamchandani. The ceremony took place in the presence of Lulu Group’s
management team, adding a layer of significance to the occasion.

Mr. Haresh Karamchandani, Managing Director & CEO of HyFun Foods, highlighted the pivotal role of the food processing sector in India. He emphasised HyFun Foods’ position as one of India’s largest producers and exporters of high-quality frozen snacks, aligning with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision to make India the “Food Basket of the World.” This alliance with Lulu Group International marks a strategic step towards realising this vision.

The exclusive range of products under the ‘Lulu’ brand is poised to make waves across Lulu Group’s extensive retail network, spanning the entire Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Mr. Kamlesh Karamchandani, Director of Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain at HyFun Foods, delved into the details of the partnership, emphasising the company’s commitment to a fruitful collaboration. HyFun Foods will manufacture and supply a diverse array of frozen Potato snacks under the private label ‘Lulu,’ including Classic Patty, Flavoury French Fries, Aloo Tikki, Burger Patty, Chili Garlic Potato Poppers, Jalapeno Cheese Pops, and Potato Alphabets. The company’s unwavering commitment to international quality, premium ingredients, and stringent hygiene norms positions it as a trusted partner for global brands.
