Nestlé has expanded its air fryer food range across the Americas, launching new meals and seasonings to meet rising consumer demand for quick and flavorful cooking. With air fryers now a staple in many homes, the food giant is strategically introducing ready-to-cook options that cater to evolving kitchen habits.

In the United States, where over 60% of households own an air fryer, Nestlé has unveiled three new Stouffer’s air fryer meals: Teriyaki Chicken, Garlic Parmesan Chicken, and Orange Chicken. These options are designed for crisp texture, bold flavors, and minimal preparation time—qualities increasingly valued by busy consumers. Alongside these meals, the company has upgraded its popular Hot Pockets range, now optimized for air fryer use, delivering enhanced crispiness and taste.

Meanwhile, Nestlé has introduced Maggi seasoned papyrus sleeves in Mexico. These innovative, patented wrappers infuse meats and vegetables with rich flavor while preserving moisture during air frying. In Chile, the company rolled out Maggi air fryer seasonings, targeting younger consumers who seek quick, fuss-free meal options. Each product reflects Nestlé’s focus on region-specific tastes, ensuring authentic flavor experiences across markets.

“Consumers across the Americas are now increasingly using the air fryer to create wholesome meal moments,” said Nikhil Chand, Head of Food Strategic Business Unit at Nestlé. “We want to support them with air fryer-specific recipes and products.”

This expansion is part of Nestlé’s broader strategy to align with modern cooking habits. Digital platforms now feature step-by-step air fryer recipes, helping consumers explore new meal ideas with the brand’s products. The move also supports Nestlé’s ambition to strengthen its presence in the fast-growing air fryer food segment.

According to market projections, the global air fryer market is expected to reach $7.12 billion in revenue by 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of 9.54% between 2025 and 2030. Recognizing this trend, Nestlé has identified modern cooking solutions as one of its six “big bets” for 2025, aiming to generate over 100 million Swiss francs in annual sales through this category alone.

The latest rollout builds on Nestlé’s earlier launches in the UK, Australia, Malaysia, and China. With the Americas now joining the wave, Nestlé is poised to lead the way in air fryer-ready foods, offering consumers more convenience without compromising on taste or quality.
