The semi-private jet experience is expanding for West Coast travelers. JSX is growing its Southern California network. Consequently, new flights and more departures are coming soon.
Significantly, the carrier will launch a new route. Daily flights connect Santa Monica and Scottsdale starting January 22, 2026. Furthermore, JSX will boost its Santa Monica to Las Vegas service. The airline will add a second daily flight that same day. Then, a third daily Vegas flight begins on February 5.
“Expanding our Santa Monica service responds to strong demand,” said CEO Alex Wilcox. “We are giving travelers a smarter, more seamless regional travel option.” Indeed, the move offers faster, more comfortable connections. This expansion redefines short-haul flying for many passengers.
All Santa Monica flights use the ATR 42-600 aircraft. Importantly, this plane features a spacious 30-seat configuration. Fares for the new routes start at $215 one-way. Currently, these flights are available for purchase.
The convenient Santa Monica Airport offers major advantages. It sits just four miles from the famous Santa Monica Pier. This airport is notably less busy than Los Angeles International. Travelers should consider arriving early. Meanwhile, they can visit the on-site Museum of Flying.
JSX passengers enjoy numerous premium amenities. These include complimentary snacks and cocktails onboard. Additionally, everyone receives at least two checked bags. The cabin also offers plenty of legroom. Soon, free Starlink Wi-Fi will roll out across the fleet.
The airline beat major competitors like Delta and United. Recently, JSX also launched its Club JSX loyalty program. This program provides flight credit rebates and special birthday bonuses.
From Scottsdale, JSX already serves several popular destinations. These include Burbank, Carlsbad, and Orange County. Other routes go to Dallas, Denver, and Salt Lake City. Ultimately, this network growth provides more valuable options for regional travelers.
